Introduction & Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlutCard.me ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a creative tool service operated by 321DigitalService. SlutCard.me is a technology platform that provides image editing and collage tools. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this service.

SlutCard.me is tightly integrated with SexChatFun.com ("SCF"). The SexChatFun Terms of Use apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, the stricter provision applies.

1. We Are a Tool Platform — Not a Publisher

SlutCard.me provides creative tools (collage makers, ID card generators, caption tools). We do not create, commission, review, approve, or publish any content generated by users. All content is created entirely by the user.

We act as a neutral technical intermediary under the EU Digital Services Act and Dutch law. We are not the author, editor, or publisher of user-generated content. Users bear sole and full legal responsibility for all content they create, download, share, or distribute using our tools.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for how our tools are used.

2. Age Requirement — Adults Only

This Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use SlutCard.me. By using this service you confirm this.

Depicting minors is absolutely prohibited. Any content involving persons under 18 — including AI-generated, digitally altered, or drawn representations — is strictly forbidden, will result in immediate permanent banning, and will be reported to relevant authorities including law enforcement and hosting providers.

3. Your Content — Your Responsibility

You are entirely and solely responsible for all content you create using our tools. This includes:

• Ensuring all persons depicted are adults (18+) who have given their explicit, verifiable consent to being depicted
• Ensuring you own or have legal rights to all images you upload
• Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws in your country and the Netherlands
• Any consequences — legal, social, or otherwise — arising from content you create, share, or distribute

SlutCard.me does not control what users do with downloaded content after leaving the Platform. You accept all risk of content you choose to share outside this service.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy

The following are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate permanent banning from SlutCard.me and SexChatFun.com, IP banning, and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content depicting or simulating minors in a sexual context, without exception
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — revenge pornography, leaked private images, secretly captured content, or any sexual depiction of a real person without their explicit consent
• Doxing — creating content intended to expose, identify, or harm a real person by revealing their personal information
• Deepfakes without consent — realistic AI-generated or digitally altered sexual images of real, identifiable persons without their verifiable consent
• Harassment and targeted abuse — content designed to humiliate, threaten, stalk, or harm a specific individual
• Hate speech — content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Content depicting real persons without consent — using photos of identifiable real people in sexual or degrading contexts without their explicit consent
• Illegal content of any kind — including but not limited to content that promotes violence, exploitation, trafficking, or coercion
• Impersonation — creating content falsely depicting or impersonating a real person in a harmful way
• Copyright infringement — uploading images you do not own or have rights to use

5. Consent Requirements

Any content depicting a real, identifiable person requires that person's explicit, freely given, and verifiable consent. "Implied" consent — such as a person having posted photos online — does not qualify.

If you create content featuring yourself and another person, you are responsible for ensuring that person's consent. We accept no liability for consent disputes arising from user-created content.

6. Enforcement — Banning and Reporting

We reserve the right to terminate access to SlutCard.me at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the Platform.

Consequences of violations include:

• Immediate permanent ban from SlutCard.me
• Permanent ban from SexChatFun.com (accounts are linked)
• IP address ban
• Reporting to law enforcement, hosting providers, and relevant authorities where illegal content is involved
• Preservation of evidence for legal proceedings

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. We will disclose user data, including IP addresses and account information, when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.

7. Account and Access

SlutCard.me uses your SexChatFun.com account for login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Each account must represent one real person.

Free tools are available without an account. Premium templates require a SexChatFun.com account with sufficient gold credits.

7b. Sharing to SexChatFun Chat

When you click "Share in SexChatFun Chat", your collage thumbnail and username are posted publicly in the SexChatFun main chat room and visible to all SexChatFun members. By using this feature you confirm:

• You consent to the image being publicly visible to SexChatFun members
• The image complies with all applicable rules in these Terms and SexChatFun's Terms of Use
• You take sole responsibility for what you choose to share

The share feature is rate limited to prevent spam. We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates these Terms.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our tools, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the service (e.g., rendering the collage). We do not store, sell, or use your images for any other purpose.

You affirm that you own or have rights to all images you upload. Copyright infringement is prohibited and may result in account termination and DMCA reporting.

SlutCard.me templates, designs, and platform code are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, SlutCard.me and 321DigitalService are not liable for:

• Any content created by users of this Platform
• Any harm, damage, or legal consequence arising from how users use downloaded content
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform
• Any interruption, downtime, or data loss

Your use of this Platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. DMCA & Takedown

If you believe content on this Platform infringes your copyright or depicts you without consent, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will review and act promptly on valid notices. Counter-notices are accepted where legally valid.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

13. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement.

slutcard.me is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any sexually explicit content displayed on this website. All content is user-generated. With respect to user-uploaded content, the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 are maintained by the content producers. This site is exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements.
